Wise Arms was founded as a part-time operation in 2014 by Tim Wise. When Wise Arms launched, Tim has a full-time career as a safety officer in the oil field but felt pursued to fulfill his love and passion for the American dream of owning his own business. Tim had a lifelong love of firearms and had the desire to share this with others so he took a risk, pursued a change, and advanced Wise Arms from a part-time operation to a full-time business.
In the beginning, Wise Arms was a basic gun shop that occasionally specialized in a few customs AR builds. Slowly Wise Arms grew into a manufacturer in the industry that produced lower receivers. Tim strived to meet/exceed the industry's specifications in the lower receiver market. Wise Arms has become one of the leaders in the field and cuts no corners when customizing firearms. Wise Arms now offers top-of-the-line manufacturing equipment., which includes CNC machines and 1 of only 30 cerakote robots in the world. Every Wise Arms firearm comes factory with a 3.5lb trigger, billet lower, canvas carry bag, cerakoted finish, and a lifetime factory warranty.

"Since September 15th of 2017, I have had the honor of testing a Basic Wise Arms AR WA 15. In 2018, I continued to use this rifle in all areas I normally would have used different rifle setups but instead changed from Red Dot to a 3-gun style scope. Approx. round count 800. In, 2019, I continued to torture test the rifle. Very little wiping or cleaning. I treated this rifle like an undisciplined soldier would treat a combat rifle. In the trunk, backseat bouncing around in the truck or police unit. Approx. 400 round counts. In 2020-2021 I coated the test rifle in a John Deer Green, test fired, and carried it with me. In 2022 I went back to sport shooting, and hunting season with my Trusty WA 15. Approx 800 rounds. At the start of 2023, I own 4 Wise Arms products and trust them with my life. 200 rounds approx fired since Jan 1, 2023."
